This is the first Next Gen model built by Lennar. During the summer of 2010, Howard Perlman and Ken Powers, President of Perlman AZ brought our Multi-Gen® concept to Alan Jones, Phoenix Division President of Lennar Homes. On Sept 13, 2011, Evolution debuted in Gilbert, Arizona. In 2012 a demonstration model was unveiled in the Ikea parking lot in Tempe, AZ. In June of 2017, we celebrated the one-thousandth Next Gen home sold by the Phoenix Division. Next-Gen homes are still selling strong in Phoenix and in all Lennar Divisions. The Evolution plan’s main residence is 2,400 SF with a 702 SF lock-off suite. The lock-off suite has its own living space, kitchen, bedroom, w/d, and garage. It has a front door entry from the courtyard as well as from the home and its own private patio space with BBQ.
